Helsinki - Factory of the world's biggest mobile phone, Nokia, sued the computer giant Apple. The reason, Apple uses the Nokia 10 without the permission of technology for mobile phone selling products iPhone.

Nokia sends a lawsuit on Thursday (23/10) in the state of Delaware, United States. The technology developed and patented it related Motorola GSM standard, UMTS, and local area network installed in the iPhone.

"Apple wireless communications equipment to take advantage of investment constant Nokia to build the current communication protocols," Nokia said in his complaint. "By refusing to pay compensation to Nokia for the patented technology, Apple tried to get a 'free ride' from the billions of dollars are invested in Apple."


Siemens patented technology is related to wireless data, speech coding Lesan, security and encryption, and all were in the iPhone since its launch in 2007.

About 40 companies, according to Nokia, has bought this technology. Almost all major mobile phone manufacturers to pay royalties for patented technologies Nokia's. But so far Apple has not reached an agreement with Nokia.

Nokia said they had sent a number of patent licensing deal offer to Apple. But the company that produces trendy products were refused.

Nokia dominates the mobile market but a sharp attack on the market for the category of smart phones from Research in Motion BlackBerry brand and the Apple iPhone brand.

In his complaint, Nokia asks Apple to pay royalties every iPhone sold for use of their patented technology. They also asked Apple to stop marketing the iPhone to the computer giant to pay compensation, plus interest, for this violation.
