iPhone Use Nokia Technology, Apple was sued


Helsinki - Factory of the world's biggest mobile phone, Nokia, sued the computer giant Apple. The reason, Apple uses the Nokia 10 without the permission of technology for mobile phone selling products iPhone.

Nokia sends a lawsuit on Thursday (23/10) in the state of Delaware, United States. The technology developed and patented it related Motorola GSM standard, UMTS, and local area network installed in the iPhone.

About 40 companies, according to Nokia, has bought this technology. Almost all major mobile phone manufacturers to pay royalties for patented technologies Nokia's. But so far Apple has not reached an agreement with Nokia.
